One thing we love about Conway is the food scene. Seriously, there’s something for everyone here! But in this post, we want to take a moment to recognize some of our unique, incredible food trucks. Food trucks are a dream come true for grab-and-go’ers and outdoor dining enthusiasts alike! Whether you need breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Conway’s food trucks have you covered. Here are 3 of our current favorites.
#1. BREAKFAST - THE BREAKFAST TRAY
Craving that breakfast or brunch food you know and love but wanna skip out on sitting down and dining in? The Breakfast Tray food truck has you covered, smothered, and drowned in syrup! Conway couple and owners of The Breakfast Tray, Taylor and Ryan, serve one of the meanest breakfasts around town! You cannot beat these fun takes on classic morning favorites.
Chicky On A Sticky - “Fried chicken or Farm to Fork Sausage Crumble waffled to perfection on a stick”... are you drooling yet? Comes with your choice of classic syrup, spicy maple syrup, or maple mustard!
The Beez and Geez - There’s nothing quite like a homestyle biscuits and gravy meal. The Breakfast Tray’s buttery, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits are smothered in a sausage gravy that’ll give your grandma’s recipe a run for its money.
Morning Routine Poutine - Fries for breakfast? Is this a dream? Nope! This Breakfast Tray fan-favorite dish has a base of golden home fries topped with a homemade cheesy sauce, sausage gravy, crumbly bacon bits, and a fried egg. Someone pinch me. #2. LUNCH - WILD GINGER
Is there anything better than some tangy hibachi on your lunch break? Sure, we all love sitting down at hibachi restaurants and enjoying the show - how can you not lose your mind when the hibachi chef makes a little volcano out of onion slices? But short lunch breaks don’t always afford themselves to hour-long dining experiences. No need to worry! Thanks to Conway’s hibachi food truck, Wild Ginger, you can have all those flavors you crave, fast!
Spring Rolls - These thin, crispy rolls are packed with a punch! Cabbage, veggies, and crunch combine for that perfect bite - especially if you opt for the sweet and sour sauce to dip in!
Pan Fried Dumplings - The squishy, traditional dumplings are to die for. The savory filling mixed with the golden, pan fried dough equals sheer deliciousness! Share with a friend for the perfect addition to your hibachi food truck lunch.
Chicken + Shrimp Fried Rice - Get your fill of surf and turf with the chicken and shrimp fried rice from Wild Ginger. This plate is complete with all the traditional flavors of fried rice, teriyaki chicken and shrimp, and hibachi veggies!
Steak Fried Rice - Class up your lunch plate with hibachi steak! Take your meal to the next level with the amazing grilled flavors of steak and veggies along with some of Conway’s best fried rice. Don’t forget the yum yum sauce! Don’t forget to follow Wild Ginger on social media to keep up with hours, locations, and specials!

#3. DINNER - PASTA HOUSE
Ahh, dinner - the most carb-heavy meal of the day. No really, is there a better time to eat a giant bowl of pasta? Science shows that eating carbs in the evening can improve your sleep! But most traditional Italian restaurants are paired with white linen tablecloths and waiters in fancy suits, which isn’t realistic for those busy week nights... Thanks to Conway’s Italian food truck, Pasta House, you can order all your favorite Italian foods without the dressing to the nines. Take a look at some things we tried.
Pasta Minelli - Mmm. Penne/Rotini pasta with creamy garlic sauce and your choice of chicken or shrimp! Can’t you smell it through the picture? We had the chicken, and it was *chef’s kiss* deliziosa.
Pasta Josefina - Looking for something with a little more… bacon? Pasta House has just the dish. Try this fettuccine pasta with creamy alfredo sauce and bacon wrapped shrimp, topped with fresh parmesan cheese. This flavor combo is sure to impress any palette.
To Die For Pie - Do you dream of a cream cheese cake with fresh blueberries, strawberries, and grapes? Oh, and whipped cream on top? Make your dream come true with Pasta House’s “To Die For” pie - the perfect end to your food truck Italian dinner! Don’t forget to follow Pasta House on social media to keep up with hours, locations, and specials!
